Senior Zoho Developer

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading provider of precision machinery solutions tailored for the jewellery manufacturing industry. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Zoho Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, customising, and managing Zoho applications while integrating them with third-party platforms and business systems. The role focuses on enhancing business processes through automation, maintaining high system performance, and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Application Development & Administration

• Administer, configure, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho products.
• Customise modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, reports, and automation based on
• business requirements.
• Develop custom business applications using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
• Optimize and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of Zoho applications.

Integrations & Business Solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms while ensuring seamless integration with Zoho solutions.
• Integrate payment gateways, ERP systems, logistics platforms, and other enterprise applications where required.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, backup procedures, and user access management.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, system architecture documents, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide end-user training, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Stay updated with the latest Zoho releases, cloud technologies, SaaS best practices, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements:

Experience

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and managing Zoho applications.
• Strong experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Proven experience developing, managing, or integrating e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM, HRMS, Finance, Inventory, and Project Management business workflows.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM Certification (Preferred).
