Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant

We are in search of a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant with a strong background in automation. As part of our vibrant team in the UAE, you will provide innovative solutions for the group, facilitating digital transformation and migration of legacy systems into Dynamics. This position also entails designing and implementing Power Platform and PowerBI solutions that integrate with Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM and external systems via APIs, with an emphasis on enhancing efficiency in customer operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with security and governance standards.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solution designs and documentation.
• Configure environment strategy, ALM pipelines, and security roles using best practices for governance and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments and provide Level 2/3 support post- deployment.
• Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap and local market needs to continually innovate client offerings.

Required Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CRM)
• Strong C# and .NET development experience
• Experience building Dynamics plugins, integrations, custom workflows, and extensions
• Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using REST APIs and Azure services
• Familiarity with Dataverse architecture and governance
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure DevOps
• Understanding of ALM, CI/CD pipelines and environment management
• Awareness of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered automation opportunities

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
