Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive – AI Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and AI-powered content creation. This role requires someone who can leverage modern AI tools to create engaging content, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Manage and grow all social media platforms with engaging and high-quality content
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels
• Create AI-powered marketing content including social media posts, videos, ad creatives, and promotional materials
• Use AI tools for copywriting, script writing, image generation, and video editing
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI to improve results
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate branding, promotions, exhibitions, and corporate events
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, digital advertising, and campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and content planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
