Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

Surveying & Site Analysis

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and land surveys using advanced surveying equipment to accurately determine site boundaries, elevations, and existing conditions.
• Perform construction staking and setting out works with a high level of accuracy.
• Assess site conditions, identify constraints, and provide technical input to support project planning and execution.

Data Management & Documentation

• Prepare, interpret, and maintain survey drawings, maps, reports, and related technical documentation.
• Verify and validate survey data, ensuring the accuracy of measurements, calculations, and records.
• Prepare legal descriptions and survey documentation required for regulatory approvals and project records.

Coordination & Technical Support

• Coordinate closely with landscape architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Provide technical surveying support throughout construction activities.
• Attend project meetings and present survey findings, progress updates, and technical recommendations.

Compliance & Authority Coordination

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain survey-related permits, approvals, and clearances when required.

Equipment & Team Management

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure reliable performance and measurement accuracy.
• Supervise and guide field survey teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Project Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution by providing accurate survey data and technical insights.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies, software, and industry best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience as a Surveyor in landscaping, infrastructure, or construction projects (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying instruments.
• Knowledge of total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and surveying software is preferred.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
