Our advisory services support doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, healthcare executives, and healthcare organisations through structured career strategy, regulatory readiness, and market positioning.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client network and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals across the GCC.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, sales, HR, talent acquisition, or client relationship management who enjoy connecting with people and creating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and professional networks.
- Build relationships with doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and healthcare executives.
- Qualify prospective clients using TCA's structured qualification process.
- Schedule paid Diagnostic consultations for interested professionals.
- Build referral relationships with healthcare recruiters, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and professional associations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
- Follow approved communication standards and represent The Career Architects professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, HR, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Commercial Structure
This is a freelance engagement with a performance-based incentive model. Compensation includes incentives linked to qualified client engagement, paid Diagnostic bookings, and successful client conversions.
