Ecommerce and Retail Business Development Executive - Flowers Business

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation (Optional).

The candidate should have good experience managing the team of Ecommerce and Retail Operations.

Should have good experience increasing the Online and Retails sales.

Job Purpose:

• Formulate the strategy to build a lasting digital connection with online consumers.
• Accountable for day-to-day supervision of Branch operations, including sales, administration, staff management, stock management, customer service and financial performance.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Manages branch sales and operations. Possess an excellent communication skill i.e., strong in English speaking ability, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should also possess knowledge of sales strategies and techniques as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate should have a good understanding of the company’s products and services and be able to develop relationships with customers. Should also be able to manage the sales team and motivate them to reach their goals.
• Possess deep expertise in digital marketing, operational excellence, brand strategy, and product lifecycle management. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, team leadership, and market insight to drive growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• MIS reporting
• Perform other duties as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
