Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role for a Facilities Coordinator based in Dubai. The Facilities Coordinator will oversee and manage daily operations related to facility maintenance and repairs, liaise with clients to address service requests, and ensure timely and efficient task completion. Responsibilities include handling and converting client's inquiries, coordinating with operations team, monitoring service quality, and ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM).
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to deliver excellent Customer Service.
  • Previous Experience in customer service and relations preferably in facility-related tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to address maintenance and operational challenges promptly.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and facility management systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
