Pest Control Supervisor

Fixen Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Pest Control Supervisor to oversee daily pest control operations across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing pest control teams while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and company standards.

Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Approval/Certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pest control technicians.
• Plan and schedule pest control services across multiple client locations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides and chemicals in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Monitor technician performance and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Prepare treatment reports, inspection records, and operational documentation.
• Train and mentor technicians on safety procedures, treatment methods, and customer service.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work schedules.
• Communicate effectively with clients, resolve service concerns, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Approval/Certification (Required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in pest control operations.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Pest Control Technician.
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, pesticides, treatment procedures, and application equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
