About the Role:

Success IT Solution FZE LLC is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior IT Sales Executive / IT Sales Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new corporate clients, generating leads, and closing sales for our comprehensive suite of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate B2B clients across Dubai, Ajman, and the wider UAE.
• Sell and promote company core services, including Microsoft 365 Cloud environments (Intune, Entra ID), Smart Biometric Access Control (Hikvision, ZKTeco), VoIP/PABX Telephony (3CX, Dinstar, Grandstream), and Enterprise Networking solutions.
• Understand client technical requirements and present tailored IT infrastructure proposals effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in IT Sales or B2B Corporate Sales within the UAE market.
• Solid understanding of general IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license (essential for client meetings and site visits).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What We Offer (Remuneration & Benefits):

• Base Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and proven track record).
• Highly Rewarding Commission Structure: Uncapped sales commissions calculated directly based on Gross Profit per successful project, rather than total revenue—allowing you to directly maximize your earning potential.
• Employment Visa: Provided by the company.
• Other Benefits: UAE Labor Law compliant benefits (Annual leave, medical insurance, etc.).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• IT Sales: 3 years (Required)
