Maintenance Supervisor

Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations across residential, commercial, and retail properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in building maintenance, particularly HVAC/AC systems, along with proven leadership skills to supervise technicians, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Experience in fit-out and renovation projects is an advantage but is not required. Our primary focus is on building maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple sites.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, including HVAC/AC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance personnel.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign manpower efficiently to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed according to company standards and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technicians when needed.
• Coordinate with management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily reports, maintenance records, and work progress updates.
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment while maintaining productivity.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients and respond effectively to site concerns and service requests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems, especially HVAC/AC maintenance.
• Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to lead, organize, and motivate a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
• Experience in planning manpower allocation and daily work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with management and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple maintenance requests.
• UAE maintenance experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fit-out and renovation works is a plus but not mandatory.
