AI Transformation Lead(Chinese Speaker)

Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

1. Lead AI Transformation / 负责公司AI转型整体推进

• Identify AI application opportunities across real estate business functions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Develop and execute AI transformation strategies and implementation plans.
• 识别房地产业务（销售、客服、营销、运营等）的AI应用场景。
• 制定并推动AI落地方案。
• Reporting to / 汇报对象： CEO

2. Improve Sales Efficiency & Customer Conversion / 提升销售与客户转化效率

• Build or optimize AI-powered customer engagement systems (Website, WhatsApp, AI chatbot, etc.)
• Optimize sales follow-up workflows and improve conversion rates.
• 搭建或优化AI客户咨询系统（网站、WhatsApp自动回复等）。
• 优化客户跟进流程，提高成交转化率。

3. AI-driven Marketing & Content / 营销与内容优化

• Utilize AI to generate property listings, advertising copy, multilingual marketing content, and promotional materials.
• Improve online marketing performance, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
• 利用AI生成房源文案、广告内容、多语言推广内容。
• 协助优化线上投放、转化及获客策略。

4. Process Automation / 内部流程优化与自动化

• Automate contracts, reporting, data processing, and other operational workflows.
• Improve overall organizational efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
• 推动合同、报表、数据处理等流程自动化。
• 提升团队整体效率，减少重复性工作。

5. Data Analysis & Decision Support / 数据分析与决策支持

• Analyze sales performance, customer profiles, and project performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
• 分析销售数据、客户画像及项目表现。
• 为管理层提供数据支持和优化建议。

6. AI Systems & Vendor Management / AI系统建设与供应商管理

• Lead AI solution selection, deployment, and implementation.
• Coordinate with AI vendors, development teams, and technology partners.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and other business systems.
• Build the company’s internal AI knowledge base and AI Agent ecosystem.
• 负责AI系统选型、部署及实施。
• 对接外部AI供应商、开发团队及技术合作伙伴。
• 推动CRM、ERP、营销系统与AI工具集成。
• 建立企业内部AI知识库及Agent体系。

7. AI Training & Organizational Enablement / AI培训与组织赋能

• Develop AI usage guidelines and governance.
• Train sales, marketing, and other departments on AI tools.
• Promote AI adoption and build an AI-driven culture.
• Establish AI performance evaluation mechanisms.
• 制定公司AI使用规范。
• 培训销售、市场及其他团队使用AI工具。
• 推动AI文化建设和应用普及。
• 建立AI应用效果评估机制。

Requirements / 任职要求

fluent English and Chinese speaker 中英文流利

• Proven experience in delivering AI implementation or automation projects.
• Familiar with leading AI models and tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes (developer or brokerage experience preferred).
• Proficient in mainstream AI tools and AI workflow design.
• Excellent execution and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Experience in the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales process optimization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
