We're Hiring | Fit-Out / Decorations Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out / Decorations Foreman to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out and interior finishing works on site.
• Manage site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
• Inspect completed work and ensure all finishes meet project specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit-Out/Interior Foreman in the UAE.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out, decoration, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Available to join immediately.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
