Guest Relations Executive – Holiday Homes (Dubai)

La Coleccion Stays is a premium Holiday Home operator managing high-end apartments across UAE. With rapid expansion, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Guest Relations Executive to manage daily guest operations and field coordination.

This is a hands-on role combining remote guest communication and on-site operational supervision.

Position Title: Guest Relations Executive

Location: Dubai

Working Hours: Flexible

IMPORTANT: Please apply only if you have a minimum of 2 years of Guest Relations experience in a Holiday Homes company or a recognized 5-star hotel in Dubai. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all guest communication via Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA platforms
• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and issues
• Coordinate and supervise cleaning quality and conduct property inspections
• Handle maintenance coordination and follow-up resolution
• Support check-in and check-out operations when required
• Ensure compliance with DTCM and building management regulations
• Maintain accurate operational records
• Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to maintaining high review standards

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years experience in Holiday Homes or 5-star hotel operations in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license
• Own car is required
• Currently based in Dubai
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), Arabic language is a strong plus
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with OTA platforms, PMS and channel managers
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (A degree in Hospitality or related field is a strong advantage)
