Senior Recruiter (White-Collar Recruitment)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in white-collar recruitment within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR, with the ability to source and hire top professionals across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for white-collar positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and oversee the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with UAE employment practices.
• Support HR activities related to recruitment and employee onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
• Mandatory: Experience in white-collar recruitment within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and recruitment best practices.
• Experience handling mid-level and senior-level hiring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
