Carpenter Foreman

• Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily tasks for crews of carpenters and helpers.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and execute work based on structural blueprints, shop drawings, and technical layouts.
• Task Scheduling: Plan daily work schedules, assign specific tasks based on worker skill levels, and manage project timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed wood structures, formwork, or joinery to verify precision and compliance with specifications.
• Material Management: Calculate required quantities, order materials, and manage tool inventory to minimize waste.
• Safety Enforcement: Monitor the job site to guarantee strict adherence to safety codes, proper tool usage, and protective gear guidelines.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily work logs and communicate project milestones or delays to site engineers and project managers.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior carpenters and apprentices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finish or rough carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in UAE.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal carpentry apprenticeship is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with a wide range of hand tools, power machinery, and measurement layouts.
• Physical Fitness: Stamina to lift heavy materials, climb scaffolding, and stand for extended periods in varying weather conditions.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
