Job Opening: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: United Arab Emirates
Industry: Swimming Pools & Landscaping
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years UAE experience in the same field

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for swimming pool & landscaping works
• Manage cost control throughout project lifecycle
• Handle variations, claims, and final accounts
• Prepare and certify interim payment applications
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payments
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, contracts, and specifications
• Monitor project cash flow and cost forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in swimming pool & landscaping projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Swimming pool construction (RCC, waterproofing, MEP coordination)
• Landscaping works (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, water features)
• Experience with FIDIC contracts
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost control tools
• Strong negotiation and reporting skills

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
