GR8 Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with proven leadership skills to build, develop, and drive a high-performing real estate sales team.
This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about coaching agents, growing a successful team, and creating a culture of accountability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team.
- Recruit and onboard experienced real estate agents.
- Coach, mentor, and develop agents to achieve individual and team success.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and regular one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Ensure all agents follow GR8's sales process, CRM standards, and company policies.
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline, listings, viewings, closings, and overall team productivity.
- Drive team motivation, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships with developers, clients, and business partners while representing GR8 professionally.
- Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Support agents throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversions and business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute towards company growth through quality listings and successful deal closures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Real Estate experience, with prior leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Strong recruitment and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Professional, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
