HR International UAE is Hiring – Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the UAE

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Manpower Sourcing / Recruitment Industry
• Strong B2B sales and business development knowledge
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Promote manpower and recruitment solutions to potential customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery
