FLORIANA Flowers & Chocolate LLC is a premium floral and gifting company specializing in luxury flower arrangements, premium chocolates, and corporate gifting solutions. We serve individuals, hotels, corporate companies, event organizers, restaurants, and hospitality businesses across the UAE.

Position

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive with an established network in the hospitality and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience selling flowers, chocolates, gifts, or related products to hotels and other business clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, event companies, and other business clients.
• Promote FLORIANA's premium flower arrangements, chocolates, and corporate gifting services.
• Generate quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the floral, gifting, hospitality, luxury retail, or FMCG industry.
• Existing network of hotel, corporate, hospitality, or event clients is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Own visa (Mandatory). Visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Own car is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position.

• No fixed salary.
