We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 7+ Sales Executives and drive business growth in the Apparel, Printing, and Uniform Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, motivate, and manage a sales team of more than 7 salespersons.
• Generate new business opportunities, leads, and customers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Apparel, Uniforms, Printing, Branding, or Promotional Products Industry.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and business development.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Own visa preferred.
