Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales initiatives, and managing client relationships within the financial brokerage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a team of financial advisors and brokers.

● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

● Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

● Prepare and present reports on team performance and sales metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial brokerage industry.

● Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
