Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on, and highly organized Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, manpower planning, and furniture handling while ensuring efficient project support and operational excellence across all business divisions.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics planning, fleet coordination, and manpower deployment for exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, and custom fabrication projects.
• Ensure the smooth movement, storage, dispatch, and delivery of materials, furniture, equipment, and project assets while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting timely project execution.
• The successful candidate should also have an established network of skilled laborers and subcontractors and be capable of mobilizing manpower quickly based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and asset control.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, furniture, equipment, and company assets.
• Manage the receiving, storage, dispatch, and return of project materials and rental items.
• Supervise loading and unloading of furniture, exhibition stands, and project materials.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, and transportation schedules across project sites.
• Coordinate furniture deliveries, installations, dismantling, and returns while ensuring safe handling.
• Monitor inventory movements using Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management systems.
• Maintain barcode tagging, asset tracking, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project Managers, Production, and Site Teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, and logistics personnel.
• Source and mobilize temporary laborers, installers, movers, and helpers based on project requirements.
• Maintain a reliable network of labor suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and according to project schedules.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock verification.
• Prepare warehouse, inventory, and logistics reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics operations.
• Support project teams during exhibitions, events, installations, dismantling, and warehouse returns.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or operations.
• Experience in exhibitions, interior fit-out, furniture, warehousing, or logistics industries is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Zoho Inventory, Odoo, SAP, ERP, WMS, or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong experience coordinating furniture transportation, warehouse operations, and project logistics.
• Existing network of labor suppliers, movers, installers, and subcontractors is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
