Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new properties onto our management portfolio and securing tenants for rental placements. This is a field-based, high-impact role requiring an individual with strong industry connections, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new property owners, securing management agreements for holiday home and short-term rental operations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective properties across key Dubai residential developments.
  • Source and place qualified tenants/guests for managed properties, coordinating with the operations and revenue teams.
  • Develop and leverage an existing network of real estate agents, property owners, investors, and developers to generate leads.
  • Conduct property viewings, owner presentations, and pitches to secure new listings.
  • Negotiate and finalise management agreements in line with company terms and pricing structures.
  • Represent Nest and Rest at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, meetings, and deal progress within the company's property management system.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new properties and owners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the holiday homes or short-term rental industry in the UAE — this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition within real estate or hospitality.
  • Strong existing network of property owners, investors, landlords, or real estate professionals in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License — mandatory.
  • Own vehicle
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and with team in the field.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, or Dubizzle.

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000.
