Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and design sales pipelines.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for management.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with CRM-related activities.
  • Develop and implement CRM workflows and automation.
  • Ensure proper user access, permissions, and system compliance.
  • Train employees on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through CRM initiatives.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve CRM-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM automation and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.
