Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and design sales pipelines.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with CRM-related activities.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows and automation.
- Ensure proper user access, permissions, and system compliance.
- Train employees on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through CRM initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve CRM-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM automation and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.
