Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive, Sales Manager or Business Development professional with solid experience in Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, distributors, contractors, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and customer retention.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and deliver tailored product and solution presentations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and enhance the company's value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline updates using CRM systems, while consistently achieving sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
✅ Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales or business development
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC market
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
