Job Title: PR & Communications Manager (Haqsons Group)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR and communications specialist with a strong journalism and copywriting background to lead the Group’s external communication, media presence, and content execution across the Haqsons Group.

This role is critical in shaping how the Group is represented in the market through press, storytelling, content, partnerships, and brand communication across all platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong editorial and PR skills with commercial awareness , and the ability to turn brand and business direction into clear, compelling content across multiple channels. A solid understanding of the UAE market , media landscape, and real estate sector is essential, ideally with prior UAE real estate experience due to the competitive and relationship-driven nature of the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Public Relations & Corporate Communications

  • Develop and execute PR strategy across all Group entities
  • Draft and manage press releases, announcements, and media statements
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry publications
  • Manage corporate reputation and external communication tone
  • Support leadership with executive-level communications and announcements
  • Identify PR opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning

 

2. Content Strategy & Copywriting

  • Manage content planning and editorial execution across all platforms under direction from brand leadership and overall business strategy set by directors and founders. Write and edit high-quality copy for:
  • Brand and marketing campaigns
  • Social media (organic)
  • Advertising and paid campaigns
  • Websites, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Company profiles, brochures, and presentations
  • Articles, thought leadership and editorial content
  • Day-to-day marketing communications
  • Ensure consistency of tone of voice across all Group brands
  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into compelling written narratives

 

3. Partnerships, Influencers & Brand Collaborations

  • Support development of partnership and collaboration messaging
  • Create influencer briefs and manage content alignment guidelines
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external collaborations
  • Assist in evaluating collaboration opportunities based on brand fit and audience relevance
  • Contribute to storytelling and communication direction for partnership campaigns

 

4. Brand Communication Support

  • Ensure all external communication aligns with Group positioning and brand strategy
  • Support creative and marketing teams with messaging clarity
  • Maintain consistency in how the Group is represented across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to campaign narratives and communication strategy

 

Key Requirements

  • Strong background in journalism, PR, communications, or editorial writing
  • Proven experience in the UAE real estate, luxury, or high-growth commercial environments (preferred)
  • Exceptional English writing skills (native or bilingual level required)
  • Strong understanding of media relations and PR strategy
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling communication
  • Experience working across multiple brands or business entities is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment

 

This is a strategic communications and content management role with hands-on execution responsibilities.

  • This is not a social media management or execution-only role
  • This is not a performance marketing role
