We are currently looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Tender & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, managing tender submissions, generating qualified leads, and supporting the company's continued growth through strategic business development and tendering activities.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for identifying, registering, and securing high-value tenders, RFPs, and corporate opportunities.

Combines business development, CRM pipeline management, and tender execution.

Ensures all submissions are compliant, competitive, and submitted on time to maximize win ratio and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new tender opportunities across UAE & GCC portals

2. Monitor government and private procurement platforms daily

3. Maintain and update CRM (MUS CRM or equivalent) with new leads

4. Generate leads through networking, portals, and registrations

5. Register company on new tender and procurement platforms

6. Complete vendor prequalification submissions

7. Maintain updated company profiles and compliance documents

8. Review tender documents, drawings, and RFP requirements

9. Coordinate with design, procurement, operations, and finance teams

10. Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial submissions

11. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tender documents

12. Coordinate internal inputs for pricing and execution planning

13. Handle client clarifications and post-tender negotiations

14. Track all tender activities and update CRM regularly

15. Prepare weekly/monthly tender pipeline reports for management

16. Analyze win/loss data to improve bidding strategy

17. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

2. 4 to 6 years of experience in tendering, Lead generation or business development

3. Experience in exhibitions, interiors, events, or construction industry preferred

4. Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC tender portals and procurement systems

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes

2. Excellent attention to detail and deadline management

3. Advanced MS Excel and CRM system experience

4. Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills

5. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

6. Strong lead generation and networking ability
