Role Description The Electronic Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining electronic systems and equipment used across sports courts, gaming areas, and facility operations. The technician will perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety of all electronic and electrical components. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, soldering and replacing parts, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and documenting service activities. The role also requires close collaboration with operations and technology teams to support new equipment rollouts and improvements to the overall guest experience. The role also includes overseeing the e-gaming area and requires the candidate to have experience in gaming and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electronics Technology and Electricity, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for PCs, PS5s, Racing Simulators, electronic and electrical systems.
• Hands-on Soldering skills for component-level repairs and assembly.
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair of electronic equipment and facility systems.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance logs, reporting, and communication; familiarity with AI or smart systems is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
