Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a high-rise building project. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring structural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for high-rise construction works
• Ensure execution of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination works as per approved drawings
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on site
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on ongoing works
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Resolve site issues and support smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in construction, preferably high-rise projects
• Strong knowledge of structural works, construction methods, and site execution
• Experience with main contracting companies is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
