Junior Site Engineer

Square Yards Interior is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing site activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and monitor site inventory.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.
• Support project planning and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Knowledge of site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
