Job Title: AutoCAD Draughtsman – Electrical (Fresher)

Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Dubai
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month

About the Role
We are an electromechanical / MEP engineering firm based in Dubai Silicon Oasis looking for a motivated AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our electrical design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to build a career in electrical building services, learning authority submission standards (DEWA, DM, DDA) and MEP coordination on live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify electrical drawings (lighting, small power, single-line diagrams, cable routing, earthing layouts, load schedules) using AutoCAD.
• Convert engineers' sketches and markups into clean, accurate working drawings.
• Maintain drawing standards, layering, title blocks, and revision control as per company and authority requirements.
• Assist senior engineers in preparing drawings for authority submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate electrical layouts with other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes.
• Organise and maintain project drawing files and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Draughtsmanship (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD Electrical knowledge is a plus).
• Basic understanding of electrical symbols, layouts, and building services concepts.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior UAE experience required.
• Candidates on cancelled / transferable or own visa preferred.
• Available to join and work on-site at DSO, Dubai.
