Site Engineer / Presales Engineer – ELV Systems

Experience

4–5 years of relevant experience in ELV system design, site surveys, estimation, and technical proposal preparation, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Site Engineer / Presales Engineer – ELV Systems to support our sales and engineering team by conducting site surveys, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical solutions, and developing accurate BOQs and technical submissions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and be capable of independently preparing solutions for small to medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to collect project requirements, assess site conditions, and prepare technical solutions.
• Design complete ELV solutions and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for customer inquiries.
• Prepare technical proposals, technical submissions, and compliance documentation based on client requirements.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate system designs.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, and the internal sales team to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to identify fit-for-purpose products and obtain competitive technical and commercial offers.
• Recommend appropriate products and technologies based on project requirements, applicable standards, and budget.
• Support the sales team during technical discussions, customer meetings, and project clarifications.
• Stay updated with the latest ELV technologies, industry trends, and manufacturer product offerings.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with relevant UAE authority requirements and industry standards.

• Gate Barriers
• Panic Alarm Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in ELV system design, estimation, and presales support.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, technical documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SIRA, MCC, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority requirements.
• Manufacturer certifications from leading ELV and Physical Security solution providers.
• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC ELV industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
