Hiring Estimation Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4000 to AED 6000

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in Interior Fit Out projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Interior Fit Out estimation experience in the UAE Must
• Experience in MEP estimation is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of BOQ quantity take off and costing
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for Interior Fit Out and MEP projects
• Review drawings specifications and BOQs
• Prepare quantity take-offs
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare competitive tender submissions
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams
• Monitor project costs and budgets
