Jr. Site Engineer / Fit-Out Draftsman / Interior Designer (Valid Driving License Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer / Fit-Out Draftsman / Interior Designer to join our Fit-Out & Joinery team. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior fit-out projects, preparation of shop drawings, site coordination, and project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and joinery drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop interior fit-out layouts, furniture details, ceiling plans, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Attend site inspections, take measurements, and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
• Monitor site progress and assist in project execution.
• Prepare material quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Coordinate with the production/workshop team for joinery fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery details, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• UAE Driving License is must
