AI Product Engineer(Platform)
Myndlab
Description
We're hiring: Product AI Engineer (Platform) — Rust / Go — UAE / GCC
Myndlab.ai is an AI-powered application builder developed by UAE-based Permus Software House. It functions as a platform that allows developers, founders, and product teams to generate production-grade code for websites, applications, and dashboards using natural language prompts.
As a Product AI Engineer (Platform), you will:
- Design and ship high-performance backend services in Rust and/or Go that power our multi-agent orchestration engine.
- Build out our distributed, multi-tenant microservices architecture — event-driven services, shared platform packages, and the contracts that hold them together.
- Work directly on our in-house agentic graph framework — the part of the system that lets agents plan, act, and recover.
- Own features end to end: from the orchestration internals and gRPC/REST APIs to the platform surfaces customers actually use.
- Make real architecture calls, not tickets handed down — we're small, flat, and you'll be heard.
Who we're looking for:
- Roughly 4–6 years building production software — though we care far more about what you've shipped than the number. Show us the work.
- People who see AI as a productivity multiplier, not a threat — and who code that way day to day.
- Comfortable learning, unlearning, and moving fast. You research independently and deliver end to end.
- Long-term builders who want to commit to a product and see it through — not collect a logo and leave.
- Based in the UAE / GCC , able to start immediately or soon.
- Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Team player
Technical Requirements:
- Strong in a strongly-typed, compiled language — Rust or Go (one of them solid, the other learnable).
- Distributed systems and microservices : clean service boundaries, async/event-driven communication, and API design over gRPC or REST .
- Comfort with a message/event-streaming system — Kafka, NATS/JetStream, RabbitMQ or similar; any one is fine.
- Solid data fundamentals on a relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL or equivalent); bonus for embeddings and vector search(Qdrant/Pinecone etc.) .
- Ship and operate what you build: containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) on any major cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP), with CI/CD and observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana — any stack).
- Sensible handling of auth, multi-tenancy and secrets — JWT/OAuth, RBAC, and a secrets manager (Vault or a cloud KMS).
The AI craft (have it, or be hungry to learn it fast):
- Agentic AI frameworks — ideally Go/Rust-based (Rig, Eino, Genkit, or building without a framework at all); experience with the Python ones (LangGraph, CrewAI) still counts.
- The LLM toolkit : prompt engineering, context management, embeddings and retrieval (RAG), and a working grasp of how ML models behave — enough to reason about why an agent did what it did.
- Running models locally (Ollama, llama.cpp, vLLM or similar) and wiring LLMs — local or hosted — into real services.
What you get:
Frontier problems, real ownership, customers using what you ship in weeks rather than months — and a front-row seat to building an AI platform from first principles rather than gluing libraries together.
If this sounds like you, send us a DM or drop a note to careers@myndlab.ai with one thing you've built that you're proud of. Doesn't have to be AI — we want to see how you think and the quality of your craft.
Let's build!
