Website Coder / Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Website Coder / Developer to join our healthcare/homecare company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in website development, coding, maintenance, and technical website management.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, maintaining, and optimizing the company website to support lead generation, service visibility, user experience, SEO performance, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the company website to ensure it is professional, functional, responsive, and user-friendly.
• Build and manage website pages for healthcare and homecare services, including doctor-on-call, home nursing, elderly care, physiotherapy, lab tests at home, wellness services, and other company offerings.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using relevant web technologies.
• Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and compatible across major browsers and devices.
• Update website content, service pages, landing pages, banners, forms, blogs, images, and promotional sections as required.
• Troubleshoot and fix website errors, bugs, layout issues, broken links, form issues, and plugin or theme conflicts.
• Maintain the overall performance, functionality, and security of the website.

Coding & Technical Development

• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, or other relevant platforms depending on company requirements.
• Customize website themes, templates, plugins, and page layouts as needed.
• Create and optimize landing pages for Google Ads, social media campaigns, SEO campaigns, and healthcare promotions.
• Set up and maintain enquiry forms, booking forms, call buttons, WhatsApp buttons, live chat tools, and lead capture features.
• Integrate third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM systems, chat widgets, payment links, or appointment booking systems.
• Test new website features before publishing to ensure proper functionality and user experience.
• Coordinate with hosting providers, domain providers, or external technical support when required.

SEO & Website Performance

• Implement basic technical SEO best practices, including proper headings, meta tags, clean URLs, image optimization, internal linking, sitemap updates, and schema markup where required.
• Work with the SEO and marketing team to improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.
• Monitor and improve website loading speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
• Identify and resolve indexing issues, crawl errors, redirect issues, duplicate pages, and broken links.
• Support the creation of SEO-friendly healthcare service pages, blogs, FAQs, and location-based landing pages.
• Maintain website security through regular updates, backups, malware checks, SSL certificate monitoring, and access control.
• Update website themes, plugins, CMS versions, and security tools when required.
• Ensure website files, databases, and important digital assets are properly backed up.
• Monitor website uptime and resolve downtime or server-related issues quickly.
• Follow best practices for data protection, especially where patient or client information is collected through website forms.

Coordination with Marketing & Management Teams

• Work closely with the marketing, SEO, content, design, sales, and management teams to implement website updates.
• Convert marketing ideas, service requirements, and campaign needs into functional website pages or landing pages.
• Support digital campaigns by creating high-converting pages with clear calls to action.
• Assist with website content placement, image formatting, page structure, and user journey improvements.
• Recommend technical improvements to increase enquiries, bookings, and website conversions.
• Provide technical support for website-related marketing activities.
