JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager with proven UAE experience in Retail Signage, Digital Signage, Wayfinding Systems, Architectural Signage, LED Displays, Branding Solutions, and Outdoor Advertising (OOH) to join a leading signage and visual communication company.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional with a successful track record of driving revenue growth, securing high-value commercial projects, and developing long-term client relationships across the UAE and GCC. The successful candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, extensive industry connections, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle—from business development and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and project handover.
You will work closely with developers, consultants, contractors, retailers, corporate clients, and government organizations to deliver innovative signage and branding solutions while contributing to the company's continued market expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, market expansion, and targeted business development initiatives across key sectors.
- Identify and secure high-value opportunities in signage, branding, digital displays, and outdoor advertising solutions to strengthen market presence and profitability.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic networking, partnerships, referrals, and market intelligence.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Develop and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, developers, project managers, and procurement teams to drive business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue upcoming construction, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and infrastructure projects requiring signage solutions.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by managing RFQs, tenders, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic networking initiatives.
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts by delivering tailored visual communication and branding solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships through proactive relationship management and service excellence.
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets, pipeline growth, and departmental KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, forecasting accuracy, and business development activities to maximize team productivity.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, consultative selling, and continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies within the signage and OOH advertising industry.
- Identify growth opportunities in digital signage, LED displays, smart visual communication, and evolving advertising platforms.
- Provide strategic commercial insigh
