Role Overview
The Public Relations Executive is responsible for managing the organisation's public image and reputation, ensuring consistent messaging across all external communications. This role supports media engagement, internal communications, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders
- Draft press releases, articles, speeches, and communication materials
- Manage media enquiries and coordinate responses
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports
- Support internal communications initiatives
- Assist with event planning and corporate communications campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Manage social media messaging in alignment with PR strategy
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with media monitoring tools and PR platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business, Communication, or related field (desirable)
