Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for ceilings & partitions related work. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in drafting software, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop layouts for ceilings, partitions, and interior works.
• Coordinate drawings with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant comments.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, measurements, and technical documentation when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years UAE experience in interior fit-out drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of interior design materials, ceiling/partition systems, and joinery details.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
