As a Finance Manager, you will be a vital part of our finance team, responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing financial data, and contributing to the achievement of the financial goals. Your expertise in financial management will play a pivotal role in ensuring the fiscal health and success of the hotel.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire financial accounting cycle for the Real Estate department, which includes Revenue recognition & Accounts receivable, vendor payments, lease agreements, and property-related expenses.
  • Responsible for the timely closure of books on monthly basis and preparation of MIS reporting to the management
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. • Preparing monthly and quarterly cash flow projections.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for the completion of financial audits.
  • Develop and implement financial budgets and forecasts for the Real Estate department.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Partner with other departments across the organization, including Leasing and facilities management for the seamless day to day operations and provide necessary support from finance department.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
