Description
We are looking for an experienced IB Business Development & Training Specialist who will play a key role in developing, training, and supporting our Introducing Broker network within the forex industry.
This role is designed for someone who has strong knowledge of the forex market, understands the IB business model, and has previous experience in business development, sales management, training, or partnership growth within financial markets.
The ideal candidate will not only have strong technical knowledge of forex products and trading dynamics, but also the ability to train IBs on sales strategies, client acquisition, personal branding, service positioning, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and educate Introducing Brokers on forex market fundamentals, trading products, platform usage, market terminology, and industry dynamics.
- Develop structured training programs for IBs covering both technical forex knowledge and soft skills.
- Support IBs in understanding how the IB business model works, including client acquisition, retention, conversion, and relationship management.
- Provide guidance on how to sell financial services effectively and ethically.
- Train IBs on personal branding, social media positioning, lead generation, communication, and trust-building strategies.
- Design motivation and incentive structures to increase IB performance and engagement.
- Work closely with the business development and sales teams to improve IB onboarding, activation, and long-term productivity.
- Monitor IB performance and identify training needs based on results.
- Prepare educational materials, presentations, workshops, and development plans for IBs.
- Act as a mentor and strategic advisor for IBs to help them grow their own client networks.
- Stay updated on forex market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the forex, CFD, brokerage, financial markets, or investment services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Introducing Broker business model.
- Experience in business development, sales management, partnership management, training, or team leadership.
- Solid knowledge of forex products, trading platforms, market basics, leverage, spreads, commissions, and client journey.
- Ability to train and motivate individuals with different levels of experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in creating training content, workshops, or development programs is a strong plus.
- Ability to explain technical topics in a simple, clear, and practical way.
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how to grow and sustain a partner network.
- Knowledge of personal branding, digital communication, and social selling strategies.
- Managerial or leadership background is highly preferred.
