Account Manager – Food & Beverage Industry
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to manage and develop key client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities;
* Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
* Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Monitor customer performance, sales trends, and market activities.
* Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
* Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
