We are looking for a SALES MANAGER who will be the person responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, optimizing marketing strategies, finding ways to enhance and maintain brand relevance in the face of competition, analyzing business and financial operations, implementing business plans, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Lead and manage the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and modern trade markets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and KPI analysis.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketing departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE market and modern trade channels.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

As a SALES MANAGER should have good working relationships with Etihad, COOP, Lulu and others is a priority.

UAE experience of at least 10+ years in a food manufacturing company as a SALES MANAGER.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
