Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in EOR, HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, staffing, or workforce solutions?
At Auxilium, we're looking for a Growth Manager – EOR to drive new business across the GCC, grow strategic client relationships, and help organisations hire and scale compliantly across the region.
What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years of B2B sales experience
✅ GCC market exposure preferred
✅ Experience in EOR, HR services, staffing, payroll, or recruitment solutions
✅ Strong consultative selling and account management skills
✅ Passion for building client relationships and exceeding revenue targets
