# Hiring on Behalf of Flux Real

## *Business Development Executive – Dubai, UAE*

### About Flux Real

Flux Real is a technology-driven company transforming the architecture and real estate industry through immersive digital experiences. We specialize in developing cutting-edge *3D Digital Twins* and *real-time interactive sales applications* that enable developers, architects, and real estate companies to showcase projects with greater impact, engagement, and clarity.

We are seeking a *highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive* with a strong network in the UAE real estate market to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE real estate and architecture sectors.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers.

* Present and demonstrate Flux Real's innovative 3D Digital Twin and immersive visualization solutions.

* Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and close new business deals.

* Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations based on client requirements.

* Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation through contract signing.

* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts.

* Collaborate with internal product, design, and technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the UAE and GCC real estate markets.

* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

## Requirements

* Minimum *3 years* of Business Development or B2B Sales experience in the UAE.

* Established network with UAE real estate developers, brokers, consultants, or property sales teams.

* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

* Experience selling technology solutions, PropTech, SaaS, architecture, or digital visualization services is highly preferred.

* Good understanding of the Dubai and GCC real estate markets.

* Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

* Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

* Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
