Experience
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority approvals, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Summary
The Project Architect is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising architectural aspects of interior fit-out projects from concept to handover. The role ensures that all designs are technically accurate, compliant with project specifications, and executed within the approved budget, quality standards, and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural activities for multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Review client requirements, drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, MEP engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with local authority regulations and project standards.
- Attend project meetings and represent the architectural department.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Review material submissions, mock-ups, and sample approvals.
- Coordinate with procurement for architectural materials and finishes.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or technical concerns.
- Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information), technical queries, and design clarifications.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings submitted by subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control throughout project execution.
- Support quantity surveying by reviewing architectural BOQs and material quantities.
- Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
- Support successful project handover by completing snagging and final inspections.

Pay: AED3,263.62 - AED16,633.08 per month
