About the Role

Duchin Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Relationship Manager to oversee and expand our B2B sales portfolio. In this role, you will be the face of our company, managing client relationships and driving sales across our diverse product lines, which include vegetables, dry items, frozen items, packaging materials, and butchery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, supermarkets, etc.).
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and pitch the full range of Duchin Group products (Fresh, Frozen, Butchery, Dry, and Packaging).
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in FMCG, food distribution, or hospitality supply sales is strictly required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building a strong client network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong hustle mentality.
