Our vision at BloomingBox is to revolutionise the gifting industry and we are poised for significant growth. We seek an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Associate.

Purpose of Role:
As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every order is processed flawlessly, assigned to the right driver, accompanied by the correct card message, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfilment:

  • Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and swiftly resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
  • Streamline operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the entire order pipeline, manage returns, handle complaints, and address damages promptly.
  • Verify cake requirements for pending orders and ensure timely orders for cakes.
  • Ensure accuracy in card printing and prioritization of early dispatch orders using our order management system.
  • Follow up on deliveries, verify proof of delivery (POD) from drivers, and check for any damages or delays.
  • Prepare cards for the next shift, confirm availability of cakes and treats, and mark priority arrangements in the system.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Handle corporate orders, including assembly and preparation.

Assignment:

  • Review incoming orders and efficiently assign them to drivers, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.

Assembly/Dispatch:

  • Assist in assembling orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring they are ready for dispatch to the assigned drivers.
  • Proactively escalate any issues that may cause delays or affect product quality to your line manager.

Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • High School Education (required).
  • Diploma/Course in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics (preferred).
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supply chain & logistics or a similar field.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
