With an established export presence across multiple international markets and a strong business pipeline exceeding USD 15 million, we are entering an exciting phase of global expansion.

To accelerate this growth, we are seeking an accomplished Head / Senior Vice President – Global Sales to lead our international business and establish the Company as a leading global food brand.

Position Overview

The Head / SVP – Global Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's global sales strategy while driving expansion across GCC, Europe, North America, Australia, and Global Travel Retail & Duty-Free channels.

This leadership role requires a seasoned export sales professional with an exceptional track record of building international distribution networks, securing large retail accounts, managing strategic global customers, and delivering substantial revenue growth.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving the Company's ambitious objective of USD 30 million in export sales within the next 24 months, leveraging an already established sales pipeline and strong operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global sales strategy for FMCG, confectionery, sweets, snacks, frozen foods, ready-to-eat meals, dairy products, spices, and specialty food products.
  • Drive export sales growth across GCC, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Africa, and other high-potential international markets.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, importers, wholesalers, and strategic channel partners across global markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with major retail chains, supermarket groups, foodservice distributors, ethnic food importers, and wholesale partners.
  • Lead business development initiatives with global travel retail operators, airport retailers, and duty-free channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, procurement teams, category managers, and strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate annual commercial agreements, pricing structures, promotional programs, and distribution contracts.
  • Guide and mentor the international sales, telesales, and lead generation teams to maximize customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Formulate market-entry strategies for new countries and emerging international markets.
  • Monitor sales performance, distributor effectiveness, competitive activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, finance, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders.
  • Represent the Company at international trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development events.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets while ensuring sustainable long-term growth.

Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of international sales experience in FMCG, food products, confectionery, chocolates, sweets, snacks, frozen foods, dairy products, or related categories.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Exports, Global Sales Head, Export Director, Vice President – Sales, or an equivalent position.
  • Demonstrated experience managing annual export revenues exceeding ₹100 Crores.
  • Proven expertise in appointing, developing, and managing international distributors and channel partners.
