Industry: Forex & CFD Brokerage | Institutional Sales
ZitaPlus Financial Services is a company regulated and authorized by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive who is fluent in English and has a strong background in finance, particularly in the Forex and CFD markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving institutional sales, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the execution of sales strategies and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with institutional clients, HNW individuals, and active traders.
- Promote ZitaPlus's multi-asset trading services.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and proactive outreach.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on their trading profiles.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Represent ZitaPlus at relevant industry events and regional networking channels.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide client feedback to management.
- Take ownership of assigned client portfolios and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brokerage firms, focusing on institutional or high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets including Forex, Commodities, Indices, and CFDs.
- Strong interpersonal, client engagement, and negotiation abilities.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Fluency in English is essential.
